okeoke, had Sports Day tadi at Clementi Stadium. took part in 4 x 400meters relay. too badd, kalah D: i regretted something
Instead of sprint-ing at the last 100meters, i sprint at the first 300meters.
dpat overtake dua org aja. i know, i very gelojoh. kalau boleh, suma aku nak makan. tapi sodeh, tak dpat D: saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. i've let my team down by losing. i know, im rabaaak D: sorry eh, next yr eh. oke, after i ran, my kaki and Shafiqah's was superbly wobbly. my head was dizzy. then i learn my mistake.
FIRSTLY : before running, run atleast one round around the stadium so that you won't feel dizzy. SECONDLY : do some warm up so that your kaki won't feel wobbly, hee :D
oke, this year Sports Day, Zhong house angkat title. Ai house, which is my house, got 2nd position. takp la. every year da angkat title, bagi chance la eh kirekan :D
